Your automatic boosts place your ad at the top of the listing throughout the day, between 8am and 11pm. More visibility, more contacts.
Account and Conduct Policies
Our site has clear conduct rules to ensure a safe environment. See the three levels of restriction that can be applied to an account.
Suspended Account
An account can be temporarily suspended when:
- Payment was not confirmed or the package expired
- The ad has out-of-standard content, but the advertiser agrees to make the necessary adjustments
During the suspension:
- Your ads are hidden on the site
- You can still log in
- You can edit text and remove photos and videos from the ad
- You can contact support via the internal chat
Once the situation is resolved, the suspension is lifted and your ads reappear.
Deactivated Account
A deactivated account blocks full access to the platform.
- You cannot log in
- All ads are hidden
- There is no access to the panel or internal support
The only available contact is the public form on the page /contato. Reactivation is done by the team after case review.
Permanent Ban
Applied in cases of serious violation of the Terms of Use:
- Publishing illegal content
- Fraud or attempting to deceive other users
- Harassment or abusive behavior
The ban is irreversible:
- All data and ads are removed
- The email and phone are permanently prevented from creating a new account
- It is not possible to return to the site
